Below is the itinerary for the Friday, November 4  playoff Football game vs. Rockford at Rockford.

Bring Food and either eat before we leave or bring it with us to eat later.

I am assuming everyone is able to participate unless I hear otherwise.  Please email me if there are any conflicts so that I can plan appropriately.

Itinerary:

4:30pm - Call Time - Arrive get into Uniform

4:50pm - Busses Arrive for Loading

5:00pm - Busses Depart for Rockford

5:45pm - Arrive Rockford/Unload

7:00pm - Kick-Off

9:30pm - Approximate Departure for CHS

10:15pm - Approximate Arrival at CHS/Change/Unload

10:30pm - Approximate pick-up 

Announcements Week of October 31

Here are your Marching Band Announcements for the week of October 31.  

We will be playing Rockford this Friday in Football playoffs.  The game is Friday at 7pm at Rockford.  Once I confirm details with the athletic department I will send out more details.

-Hat Money - $10 can be turned in to band room mailbox (in envelope with name on it) or pay online via charms

Below is a copy of the email sent the other day with our Saturday Itinerary.  Please review

Updates:

-Bring a lunch/snack etc to eat while we are in the stands

-We need at least one parent on each bus.  Click here to help. (all you do is check names when we depart, go to the game for free, and then check names again when they get back on the bus to come home)

-Bottled Water has been added to the volunteer list.  Please click here to  sign-up and then send it with your student Saturday.
