Just like that we are at the end of October! Here are your announcements for the week of October 30!

-PLAYOFF FOOTBALL (Friday Nov 3) (Info and Itinerary below) - HOME Vs. Byron Center

-We’ve had good response to our request for donations to purchase new Raincoats,

but still have a ways to go.  Here is a link (that works) to donate via our Caledonia Bands Paypal.

Here are your announcements for the week of Oct 23.

-Fall Concert (Monday Oct. 23) (Itinerary Below)

-PLAYOFF FOOTBALL (Friday Oct 27) (Info and Itinerary below) - Football playoffs are always exciting for

the team, band and school.  They also always bring some unknowns, so please keep track of your email for details

as we find out information.

-Great Job at the Jenison Invitational.  The Band Earned 1st place with a caption award for Best Percussion and

awards of excellence in music.  Hard work, focus and dedication have paid off!

-Pictures - We are working on getting pictures scheduled…Weather is a major factor at this point, but we will have

more details soon.  We are looking at potentially this Friday before our playoff football game.

OCT 23 - Fall “Sounds of the Stadium” Concert in HS FAC (VOLUNTEER SIGN-UP)

6:00pm - Uniform Room Opens

6:30pm - Call time RTP for Warm-Up

7:00pm - Concert!

8:00pm - Approximate Done Time

OCT 27 - Home Playoff Football Vs. (sent this before opponent announced) 

VOLUNTEER SIGN-UP

4:00pm - Band Room Opens and/or Call time for pictures (weather depending)

5:00pm - Uniform Room Opens (if not taking pictures already)

5:45pm - RTP (ready to play) on practice field in Full Uniform (short rehearsal if pictures have happened)

6:30pm - Marching to Stadium

6:50pm - Pre-Game!

7:00pm - Kickoff

MarchingBand: Weekend Reminders/Requests/Etc

The next 4 days are very busy for the Band, but we are looking forward to some amazing performances.  We look forward to having big supportive audiences at all of our performances!  Please note the link to the map and a construction notice in the Jension Invitational Itinerary.

Also, we could still use some volunteers for each event.  Please feel free to sign-up and help us out!

4:30pm - Drumline/Guard Warm-Up

5:00pm - Uniform Room Opens 

5:45pm - RTP (ready to play) on practice field in Full Uniform

6:30pm - Marching to Stadium

6:50pm - Pre-Game!

7:00pm - Kickoff

*9:15pm - Approximate end of game and March band to Band Room to Change

OCT 21 - Jenison Invitational (VOLUNTEER SIGN-UP)

NOTE: There is construction on I96 West…give yourself plenty of time to get to Jenison.

FOOD: Bring something to eat on the bus either on the way there or on the return trip.

9:00am - Uniform Room Opens

9:30am - Call Time Load Semi/Get Dressed

10:15am - Depart CHS For Jenison HS

11:00am - Arrive at Jension HS/Unload

11:45am - Warm-Up

12:15pm - Move to Staging area

12:30pm - Perform

12:45pm -  Watch Exhibition

1:00pm - Awards

1:15pm - Load Semi - Return to Busses

1:45pm - Approximate Departure for CHS

2:30pm Approximate Arrival at CHS
