Announcements Week of Sept 15

It’s Home Game Week! (and it appears it will be normalish!)  


THIS WEEK:


  • MONDAY September 15 - PICTURES and Rehearsal 6pm-8pm

  • 5:30pm - Uniform Room will open (some of you are coming from other practices, so just do your best to get there asap)

  • 6:00pm - Inspection - Go to stadium.  We will do group pictures, section pictures, then individual pictures.  Once individual pictures are done students can return to band room, change, and be done for the night.  Information for purchase will be emailed.


  • FRIDAY September 19 - Home Football VS. Grandville

  • 4:30pm - Band Room Opens - Hotdogs to eat before changing! (parents: see volunteer list)

  • 5:00pm - Uniform Room Opens

  • 5:45pm - READY TO PLAY (RTP) - in Uniform outside band room (inspection, warm-up, Rehearsal)

  • 6:25pm - March to Stadium

  • 6:50pm - Approximate Pre-Game

  • 7:00pm - Kick-off

  • 8:00pm - approx half-time show

  • 9:15pm - Approximate return to Band Room/Change

  • 9:30pm - Approximate Pick-Up at Band Room

    • Please note that some times are approximate based on speed of game, weather, etc.

LOOKING AHEAD: 


Sept. 27 - Grand Haven Marching Invite - EVENING - We now know it is in the evening, but we won’t find out our performance time until later this week most likely.  We will send an itinerary as soon as we get our performance time.

  • We had a great planning meeting for our Dec 5 Jazz night/raffle/auction - more details soon!

  • Scrap Drive will be Oct 12
