Announcements Week of October 7

Below are your Marching Band Announcements for the week of October 7.
-Thank you for continuing to be  flexible with schedules due to EEE. 
-Monday Rehearsal is from 4-6pm so we can be done before dusk. 
-MSBOA is on Tuesday at Zeeland HS. Please see previous email for itinerary.
-Allendale Invitational is Saturday. We perform at 12:15. Full travel itinerary will

The following are the entry fees for MSBOA District X Marching Festival
At Zeeland High School on Tuesday, Oct. 8.
Adults: $5.00
Students/Seniors: $3.00
Kids under 5: Free

Below you will find all the information you need regarding our performance
At MSBOA District X Marching Festival on Tuesday, Oct. 8 at Zeeland HS.
*please note the Zeeland HS location in Ottawa County.  They are not 
Currently under the same EEE restrictions so we are able to continue with
Our evening schedule. If this changes, please look for updates.
There is an entry fee, but the price not been communicated with me at 
This time.  Parents are encouraged to attend!
Itinerary:
Because this is a school night, there we will be leaving as late as possible and
Returning immediately following our performance.
5th Macro (during school) - Load Semi
5:00pm - Uniform Room Opens
5:45pm - Call Time RTP/Stretching/Load Busses
6:00pm - Depart CHS for Zeeland HS via Bus
6:45pm - Arrive at Zeeland HS and Unload
7:15pm - Move to Warm-Up Area B
7:30pm - Warm-Up
8:00pm - Move to staging area
8:15pm - Perform
8:30pm - Return to Semi and Load
8:45pm - Return to Bus
9:00pm - Depart Zeeland for CHS
9:45pm - Arrive at CHS - Unload

Friday Football Update - Final Info

Below is a fully updated schedule for our Friday Football game from beginning 
To end.  Please note call time changes and post kick-off information.
Itinerary:
3:15pm - Uniform Room Opens
4:00pm - Call Time - RTP in full uniform
4:25pm - March to Stadium
4:52pm - Pre-Game
5:00pm - Kick-Off
5:50pm - Approx. Half-Time
6:05pm - Approx. End of Half-Time - Return to CHS 
6:15pm - Return Uniforms/Done

As always we need lots of help! If you are free at the new earlier times

Food:
Bring a snack or food for after school so you can eat a least a snack 
Prior to call time.
Uniform: 
Full Uniform - Don’t forget tall plain black socks and your show shirt!
