Concessions Volunteers Needed
Each year the bands staff the concession stands at the Freshman and JV Football games.
This year we have 4 games, and the first is Next Wednesday, August 28. We will send
out volunteer requests prior to each game for the following needs:
2 adults from 4:30-6:00
2 adults from 6:00-8:00 (or until closed)
2 students from 4:30-6:00
2 students from 6:00-8:00
This is a great way for our students to build up volunteer hours for things like
NHS, student council, or any other school service organizations that have a
Volunteer hour requirement.

URGENT - Volunteers Still Needed
Thanks to those already signed-up, but If you have not yet considered helping this Saturday we are in critical need of AT LEAST 3 adults to step up and help with parking. If we don’t meet this minimum the zoo will hold their donation. If your student has already signed-up we urge you to consider joining them.
Currently we need:
2 students
5 Adults (at least 3 of these spots NEED to be filled)
If we can fill our volunteer spots John Ball Zoo will be making a donation to our
program which will help cover Some of the costs of our current Marching Season!

Meet the Scots is this Saturday, Aug. 17! This super easy and short performance
is a great way to get fired up for the upcoming football season! Note some updates to

9:00am - Band Room Open to get equipment - if you don’t already have it
9:20am - Band Room Closes -
9:45am - Prepare for entry of team
9:50am - Perform fight song as team enters stadium
10:00am - DONE - Get picked-up at Soccer stadium
Uniform:
Your new CalBands t-shirt, Shorts, Athletic type shoes
