Volunteers Saturday

We are in need of uniform volunteers for Saturday for distribution and collection.

Click Here if you can help

The biggest need will be for collection.  We inspect each uniform to make sure they are hung correctly by the students and put back in the correct place.  (This process is the reason our old uniforms lasted 18 years, so we know it works!)

Thank You!

Saturday September 24 Info and Itinerary

We will need volunteers for this day.  Once I speak with our committee heads I will send a sign-up

11:30am - Students Meet in Band Room for training in uniform care/maintenance/wearing. Colorguard will use this time for rehearsal and equipment training

12:00pm - Change into uniforms

Have a great week!

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You to our volunteers who take time out of their busy schedules (Today OR at any time) to serve our band students.  The Directors could not do this without your help and there is no way to Thank You all enough for what you do for our students!

Important Details for Fittings

Apologies for so many emails!  When it rains it pours……

For Fittings students need to wear the following:

-Marching Shoes

Our team of volunteers will be taking measurements of each student so we can fit them for pants, jackets and hats.. If you as a parent, or your student, are uncomfortable with the process of taking measurements please let me know right away.  We will need to make arrangements with you to have correct and accurate measurements taken so that we can fit your student.

Here is some information for uniform fittings.  Again, we would like to get as many students as possible fitted on Friday and on Saturday.

Uniform Fitting Volunteers!!

The new uniforms have finally arrived!!! We are so excited to get everyone fitted, but in order to do that we need a big crew of volunteers.

Our first two opportunities will be this Friday from 4:00-5:15 and Saturday from 9:00am-Noon.

Each section will have an assigned time to come get fitted within the timeframes, and how long it takes will depend on the volunteers we have.  Our uniform committee has been planning for this day for a while now, and they have a great plan in place to make things go very smoothly!

Please Click Here to volunteer to help on Friday

Please Click Here to volunteer to help on Saturday

Once we have our volunteers set I will send out an email with specific times for each section to get fitted

Remember, we would like to get as many fitting as possible as soon as possible, but we will have several more opportunities if these first two do not work for you.

Thank You!!
