Here are your Marching Band Announcements for the week of December 12.

This Week: 

December 13 - Winter Concert in the Peter V. Delille Fine Arts Center at CHS - 7:00pm

-Call Time for Students 6:30pm

-Concert Uniform - (remember black dress shoes and socks (marching band shoes are okay, just make sure they are clean)

-Concert is free and general admission, but you do have the option to reserve your seat and support the band!  Click Here!

Reminders and General Announcements:

-Hat Money - $10 can be turned in to band room mailbox (in envelope with name on it) or pay online via charms

-Remember to check the Calendar regularly!  Click Here and bookmark or Sync it!

Our Winter Concert is this coming Tuesday, December 13, at 7pm in the Peter V. Delille Fine Arts Center at CHS!  This Short concert brings together many annual traditions in our program and is a great way to help kick-off your holiday season!

Concert is free and general admission, but you do have the option to reserve your seat and support the band!  Click Here!

Itinerary:

5:45pm - Band Room Opens

6:30pm - RTP in Band Room for Warm-up

7:00pm - CONCERT!

Wreath Pick-Up UPDATE

Reminder: PICK-UP Will be on Monday December 5 from 2:30-6:00 INSIDE the High School Band Room. Here is a Map to the exact location at CHS.

You can Pick them up INSIDE the Band Room…..Park..Come through the gate and into the gray corner door. There are signs hanging to help guide you!

December 5 (Monday) -  Wreath Pick-Up 2:30-6:00 (see previous email for more details)

We need a student or parent to help facilitate pick-up.  All you need to do is check peoples names off and make sure they get the correct wreath.  You can sit in your car and stay warm to do this job! Easy! Click Here to sign-Up.

Christmas Parade

Here is a reminder of our short itinerary for our Caledonia Christmas Parade!  Dress Warm (ugly sweater contest?)  and Decorate yourself and your instrument with lots of lights!  Mr Wellfare will be awarding prizes for the best decorated!

ITINERARIES:

SATURDAY - Caledonia Christmas Parade!

5:00pm - Call time RTP in Band Room for quick rehearsal - final adjustments to decorations

5:20pm - March to Parade Staging

6:00pm - PARADE down Mainstreet Caledonia!

6:15pm - Parade ends at Village Hall - map 

Students can get picked up at the end of the parade route and then bring their instruments back to the band room OR Walk back to the Band Room Via the trail

Uniform - Dress Warm, RED and WHITE Santa Hat (you can wear your own or one we provide), and LOTS OF LIGHTS and DECORATIONS (no glass)
