MarchingBand: Game Day Itinerary Sept 16 vs. Hudsonville
Dear Marching Band Families,
Below is the information for our Second regular season home game on Friday, Sept. 16 vs. Hudsonville!
Volunteers:
We need parent volunteers for pit crew. Pit Crew will need to arrive at 5:00pm
Pit crew helps us move equipment from the school to the field and back during the course of each event.
Consistency in this role is important as we add more equipment to the front ensemble. So any previous helpers are greatly appreciated!

Itinerary:
5:00pm - Band Room Opens
5:45pm - RTP (ready to play) on practice field
6:30pm - March to Stadium
6:53pm - Pre-Game Performance
7:00pm - Kick-Off
9:15pm - Approximate game end and march back to school
9:30pm - Approximate Pick-Up
Uniform:
-Show Shirt
-Khaki Shorts (Any variety of Khaki is fine, we discussed in class and already gave students the answers to their questions about Khaki)
-tennis shoes
Note: Our new uniforms have started to arrive but we are still waiting on all of the parts. You’ll know when they get here because we will need lots of volunteers to do fittings and get them processed!
