Dear Marching Band Seniors and Parents,
Marching Band Senior Night is this Friday, Sept. 21.  I have attached (see email)
the “official” invite from the school with all the information you will need.
Tickets will be given to your senior on Friday based on your RSVP.

Marching Band: Football Itinerary 9/21 and Volunteer Request

Our second home game of the season vs. W. Ottawa is this Friday, September 21.
Senior Parents - look for your official letter later this morning including an RSVP.  
Please note your times below.
Volunteers:
We are in need of volunteers for this event.  Please click here to see how you can help.
Can't Volunteer this week?  No problem, just come and be a part of a loud supportive
cheering section for the band for pre-game and half-time!  
Itinerary:
4:15pm - Band Room Opens
4:30pm - Drumline Warm-Ups/ColorGuard Warm-Ups
5:00pm - Uniform Room Opens for changing
5:45pm - RTP on Practice Field in Full Uniform
6:00pm - Seniors go to Stadium together
6:15pm - March to Stadium
6:20pm - Senior Parents meet at north end of track.
6:30pm - Senior Night recognition at stadium
6:53pm - Pre-Game Performance
7:00pm - Kick-Off
9:15pm - Approximate game end and march back to school
9:30pm - Approximate Pick-Up
Note:  The 9:30 return to CHS is an approximate time.  Depending on the speed of the game,
weather, etc we may be back sooner or later than this time.
Uniform:
Don't forget to bring your show shirt, tall black socks and marching shoes!  Please label the
inside of your shoes with your name if you have not yet done so.
Sportsmanship:
Parents and Students: Please remember that there are hundreds of students in Band, Cheer,
Football that work hard to make these events special.  For each student there are many adults,
volunteers, and community members behind the scenes working hard for them.
You may be sitting next to one of them in the stands and not know it, so please be supportive
and encouraging to ALL.  Remember our slogan: Be Nice!
