I am resending as a reminder the travel itinerary for our Saturday, September 29th performance
at the Kenowa Hills “Knight Time Classic” Marching Invitational.

We are still in need of several volunteers, especially bus chaperones. CLICK HERE TO HELP!
Parents are welcome and encouraged to attend this event. Click here for a map. This is a perfect
opportunity to see the band perform in a venue where there are no distractions! Entry is $7 for adults,
$5 for Students/Seniors, Family Pack (2 adults, 3 kids) $25 (additional child $3, additional adult $7).

Itinerary:
8:45am - Band Room Opens
10:00am - Call Time for rehearsal/warm-up
11:00am - Load Trailer/Change into Uniform/Snacks/Bring a Lunch
11:50am - Depart CHS for Kenowa Hills
12:30pm - Arrive and unload
1:00pm - Warm-Up (behind softball field)
1:30pm - Move to Field
1:45pm - Perform
2:00pm - Load Trailer (trailer departs for CHS when loaded)
2:15pm - Watch last few bands
2:45pm - GVSU Marching Band Exhibition Performance
3:00pm - Awards
3:30pm - Load Busses and return to CHS (remind text will be sent when we depart)
4:00pm - Approximate Arrival at CHS and unload trailer/change
4:15pm - Get picked up (Please park in lot so busses/trailer can pull up to curb)
