Announcements Week of June 24

Below are your Marching Band Announcements for the week of June 24.

-Independence Day Parade is this weekend!  All Students who are
Available and any Community Adult Musicians are welcome to join us for this
Short, fun event! Info Below. This includes incoming freshman who are available.

-Hydrate! - Start drinking lots of water and getting good nutrition now! This will
Make your parade experience much more enjoyable!

-Colorguard Rehearsal starts this week - dress comfortably (workout clothes, and
Bring plenty of water!)
-THANK YOU to the awesome volunteers who helped get the semi ready for its
Graphics. Check out Instagram/facebook for progress pictures!

Rehearsals this week:
June 24 - Colorguard Section Rehearsal - 5:00pm-8:00pm - CHS Band Room
June 25 - Drumline Section Rehearsal - 7:00-8:30pm - CHS Band Room
June 28 - Parade Rehearsal - 6:00pm-7:00pm - CHS Band Room
Performances/Events this week:
June 29 - Independence Day Parade - 9am Call Time - 10pm Parade
Intinerary:
8:30am - Band Room Opens
9:00am - Short Rehearsal and Warm-Up
9:20am - March to parade staging area
9:40am - Hydrate and stay cool
10:00am - Parade starts
10:20am - Get Picked up at Village Clerks Office OR Walk back to HS on trail
10:40am - Approximate pick if walking back to HS
11:00am - Band room closing
