Below is the itinerary for the Saturday, November 12 playoff Football game vs. Grand Ledge at East Kentwood and a uniform update.
We will need volunteers: Please click here to help (1 parent on each bus!). If you signed up to help with uniform return you are off the hook, as we are not going to be wearing uniforms (see below)
Please eat before you come and bring food/snacks with you to eat in the stands.
I am assuming everyone is able to participate unless I hear otherwise. Please email me by Friday if there are any conflicts so that I can plan appropriately.
Uniform Info - We will not be wearing uniforms, but will be wearing our CalBands Hats. Dress Warm. Remember that even if you step outside and think it is fine you will be outdoors for several hours…you will get cold, so dress in layers. The Theme of the game is “Ski/Winter out” so that should help you with your decisions to dress warm!
Itinerary:
11:15am - Call Time - Arrive get into Uniform
11:35am - Busses Arrive for Loading
11:45am - Busses Depart for EK
12:00pm - Arrive EK/Unload
1:00pm - Kick-Off
3:30pm - Approximate Departure for CHS
3:45pm - Approximate Arrival at CHS/Change/Unload
4:00pm - Approximate pick-up
