It’s Game Week!
THIS WEEK:
Monday Aug 26 - Rehearsal 6pm-8pm - On the practice Field
Thursday Aug 29 - Home Game V. Windsor - Itinerary Below
Colorguard - Your rehearsal on Monday will start at 5 with Brandon. You will also rehearse on Wednesday 8/28 from 6-9. Please reach out to Brandon with questions.

Quick Volunteer Descriptions:
-Uniform Distribution - Help students get uniforms, makes sure everything works
-Uniform Collection - Inspect uniforms (hung correctly, etc) and hang-up
-Pit Crew - Help load and move equipment to and from game on trailers/carts. Help set-up halftime
ITINERARIES:
AUG 29 - Friday Football Itinerary Vs. Windsor:
4:00pm - Band Room Opens
4:30pm - Drumline/Guard Warm-Up (Mr. Raaymakers and Brandon will communicate more details)
5:00pm - Uniform Room Opens
5:45pm - RTP (ready to play) on practice field in Full Uniform
6:30pm - Marching to Stadium
6:50pm - Pre-Game!
7:00pm - Kickoff
*9:15pm - Approximate end of game and March band to Band Room to Change
*9:45pm - Approximate Pick-Up Time
*Please note that these times are approximate due to the pace of each game being different.
UNIFORM:
Shoes and Gloves have Arrived and will be distributed this week. Under our uniform students must wear shorts/leggings (NO DENIM MATERIAL), Dark T-Shirt, and TALL Black Socks. Please wear Deodorant!
CHARMS PHASE OUT for NEW CutTime Software - Update
This week will conclude our use of charms for emails/calendar/finances/etc. We will try to make this transition seamless with no loss of communication. I will send cuttime instructions before charms goes away (it’s easy… less instructions, more just letting you know it’s happening).
