Camp: July 27-Aug 31, 8am-5pm at HS

Volunteers
This weekend I will be sending out sign-up genius requests for volunteers and donations. Here is a summary so you can think about your availability until the official sign-ups are sent
Uniform Fittings - Monday July 20 8am-Noon (during rehearsal) - as many parents as possible need to help with fittings - no experience needed
Feed the Band - Our student leaders have chosen the food menu for band camp lunches. We will be asking for individuals/families/groups of parents to help coordinate each each day, plus we will need extra volunteers to help serve!
Look for more communication in the near future with camp specifics, volunteer needs and lots of other info!
I will be out of town for the rest of the week with my family - I’ll respond to any questions once I return.
