Monday Oct 5 - Rehearsal and 8TH GRADE PERFORMANCE 6pm-8pm - On the practice Field/Stadium
FRIDAY October 9 - Homecoming Parade and Game! This is one of our busiest days. Check the Volunteer Link here to know how you can help make it successful!
2:45pm - Uniform Room Opens - Snacks available
3:30pm - RTP (ready to play) in Full Uniform - Line Up and March to Calapalooza
3:55pm - Calapalooza Performance
4:10pm - March to Parade Staging/Break - Water and Snacks available
5:00pm- Homecoming Parade
5:45pm - Dinner (Pizza at Track/in bleachers)
6:45pm- Pregame Performance
7:00pm - Kick-Off
9:15pm - Approximate game ending/Return to Band Room
9:30pm - Approximate Arrival at Band Room/Change
9:45pm - Approximate Pick-Up Time

BIG EVENT - ALL HEADS ON DECK!
MSBOA Update: 9 Bands on the Schedule…Now that directors are responding with information we will be able to send volunteer info. We will need 9 adult volunteers to guide bands (our students will be performing so are unable to do this) Volunteer sign-up early this week.
This year we have been asked to HOST the MSBOA District Marching Band Festival on Tuesday Oct. 13 starting at 6:45pm! This will be a great showcase for our band program and it’s people, our community, and our beautiful facilities ... .We will need A LOT of Parent help to make this happen!

Our Fall Scrap Drive will be Saturday Oct 17 from 9am-4pm in the Stadium Parking Lot.
