Health Reminder

As usual the summer heat is ramping up for the next few weeks.  As most of our
Marching Band activity takes place outside, it is important to start to acclimate
To these temperatures and humidities. 

Starting now (if you haven’t already been doing so):

-Hydrate with WATER!
-Eat Balanced Healthy meals throughout the day!
-Go Outside and do something to get used to the heat
-HYDRATE, HYDRATE, HYDRATE (once more) HYDRATE!!

Everyone is REQUIRED to have a water bottle at every rehearsal.

-Play Fortnite Outside
-Have a Pool Party
-practice your instrument outside
-Play a sport
-Have parents lock them outside for 30 minutes
-practice fortnight moves outside while locked out
