Pre-Camp to-do list!

Pre-Camp is upon us.  Can’t wait to see all of you next week Monday-Thursday 
From 9:00am-1:00pm at the High School Band Room!

Here is a list of reminders for pre-camp:
-Read previous reminders about hydration/nutrition
-wear comfortable workout type clothes
-wear supportive athletic style shoes (NO SANDALS)
-Bring a water bottle (I suggest insulated ½ gallon)
-Bring Hat/Sunscreen/Sunglasses
-Bring your instrument
-Bring a Pencil
-Bring a Snack if you tend to get hungry 

Health Reminders:
-Hydrate with WATER!
-Eat Balanced Healthy meals throughout the day!
-Go Outside and do something to get used to the heat
-HYDRATE, HYDRATE, HYDRATE (once more) HYDRATE!!
