This email contains the information you will need for our performance this coming Friday.
Parents: This is a free performance, but you will need a ticket. There will be an online sign-up so you can get the amount of tickets you need for your family (link coming soon). The tickets for band will only be good for the Band performance. Once the Band is done at 5:10 the stadium will be cleared. We will be recording the performance for use during the livestream of the game if you cannot make it live.
4:00pm - Band Call Time - Ready to Play (RTP) at HS Practice Lot
4:30pm - South Gates of Stadium open for ticketed band parents
4:55pm - Band show performance
5:10pm - Football team enters/band plays
5:15pm - All Band Parents exit stadium (if staying for game a separate ticket from Athletic department is required)
5:20pm - Seniors/Section Leaders Stay to play (track area) - Rest of band is done, exit to band room
6:00pm - Kick-off
8:15pm - Approximate Senior/Section Leaders done - return to band room
8:30pm - Approximate Pick-Up
