Dear Marching Band Families,
We are excited to announce the details of our upcoming performances. Below you will find our itinerary for Sept. 26 at the Grand Haven Invitational. Parents are strongly encouraged to attend as these performances put our band in the spotlight and allow them to be the focus!

ITINERARY:
Saturday September 26 - Grand Haven Invitational at Grand Haven HS (map)
Parents are welcome and Encouraged to Attend. Tickets available at Gate - Adults $7, Senior Citizens $5, k-12 Students $5, Family Price $22 (two adults max).
Students: Please eat prior to call time (but bring snacks or something to eat later on the bus if you get hungry)...Band Council and Section Leaders will also be working to coordinate food prior to departure (more details to follow early next week)
3:15pm - Band Room Opens
3:45pm - RTP on Practice Field for Warm-Up Rehearsal
4:45pm - Load Semi
5:00pm - Uniform Room opens to change
5:45pm - Depart CHS for Grand Haven HS
6:45pm - Arrive at Grand Haven HS and Unload
7:30pm- Warm-Up
7:55pm - Move to Performance
8:10pm - Staging
8:15pm - PERFORMANCE!
8:30pm - Watch Last Band perform from endzone
9:15pm - Awards
9:30pm - Return to Semi and Load
9:45pm - Approximate Departure from Grand Haven
10:45pm - Approximate arrival at CHS/Unload/Change/PickUp
